Essential information:

Vouchers have a one year expiry date unless stated otherwise. We advise enquiring for specific dates as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Max two participants per experience (please note one voucher is required per person).
We run this experience five days a week pending availability. Please contact us at edz-keeperexperiences@rzss.org.uk to enquire about availability and to book a date.
This experience lasts around thirty minutes.
Price is per person and includes the participant's admission to Edinburgh Zoo.
Keeper Experience vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
All orders are issued as e-vouchers, aligning with our commitment to reduce paper usage and aid environmental conservation. We aim to dispatch all e-vouchers within two business days.
Your e-voucher includes instructions on how to book your Keeper Experience.

Restrictions:

This experience is available for participants aged seven and over.
Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an observing adult who will be required to pay adult zoo admission cost.
Please note the accompanying adult may be required to go behind the scenes during the experience with the participant and it is therefore not suitable for the accompanying adult to be supervising another non-participating child.

Regrettably, our Keeper Experiences are not suitable for certain guests including those with any relevant phobias or known allergies, pregnant, and immunocompromised individuals. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this may not always be possible.
