Mini Keeper Experience (ages 5-7)

Essential information:

• Vouchers have a one year expiry date unless stated otherwise. We advise enquiring for specific dates as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
  
• Max two people per experience (please note one voucher is required per person).
• We run the Mini Keeper Experience every day pending availability.
• We only run this experience in the morning at either 9am - 10:30am, 10am - 11:30am or 11am - 12:30pm. Please note, if you book the 9am experience, only the participant and accompanying adult can enter the zoo.
• Price is per person and includes admission for the participant and one accompanying adult.
• Keeper Experience vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
• All orders are issued as e-vouchers, aligning with our commitment to reduce paper usage and aid environmental conservation. We aim to dispatch all e-vouchers within two business days.
  Your e-voucher includes instructions on how to book your Keeper Experience.

Restrictions:

• This experience is available for children aged 5 - 7 years only.
• Children must be accompanied by a spectating guardian or adult (One parent or guardian will gain free zoo admission, included in the Keeper Experience price).
• Please note the accompanying adult may be required to go behind the scenes during the experience with the participant and it is therefore not suitable for the accompanying adult to be supervising another non-participating child. 

Regrettably, our Keeper Experiences are not suitable for certain guests including those with any relevant phobias or known allergies, pregnant women and immunocompromised individuals. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this may not always be possible.
