Giraffe Magic Moment (ages 6-11)

We run this experience on both weekdays and weekends, excluding Tuesdays and Fridays.

Say ‘high’ to the tallest residents at Edinburgh Zoo – our Nubian giraffes! Get up close and personal with our herd of boys and feed them leaves and other treats. Learn all about these special creatures from the people that know them best, our expert keepers. 

Our Giraffe Magic Moment voucher includes:

• Entry to Edinburgh Zoo for one participating child and one participating adult

Please note, if you are looking for a specific date for your experience, contact us before purchasing any vouchers. We require at least seven days' notice for any bookings.

Essential information:

• This voucher includes one participating child (aged 6 – 11) and one participating adult (16+). The child participant must be accompanied by one participating adult.
• Vouchers have a one year expiry date unless stated otherwise. We advise enquiring for specific dates as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
  
• Max four people per experience (two children and two adults).
• We run the Giraffe Magic Moment every day at 12pm, apart from a Tuesday and Friday, depending on availability. 
• This experience lasts around thirty minutes.
• Entry to Edinburgh Zoo is included within the price of the Keeper Experience for both participating child and participating adult.
  
• Keeper Experience vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
• All orders are issued as e-vouchers, aligning with our commitment to reduce paper usage and aid environmental conservation. We aim to dispatch all e-vouchers within two business days.
  Your e-voucher includes instructions on how to book your Keeper Experience.
  

Restrictions:

• This experience package is available for children aged 6 - 11 years only and includes their participating accompanying adult.
• Please see our other Giraffe Magic Moment package for ages 12+.
• The child participant must be accompanied by one participating adult. This voucher covers the cost of both one child and one adult participant.

Regrettably, our Keeper Experiences are not suitable for certain guests including those with any relevant phobias or known allergies, pregnant women and immunocompromised individuals. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this may not always be possible.
