Giraffe Magic Moment (ages 6-11)

We run this experience on both weekdays and weekends, excluding Tuesdays and Fridays.

Say ‘high’ to the tallest residents at Edinburgh Zoo – our Nubian giraffes! Get up close and personal with our herd of boys and feed them leaves and other treats. Learn all about these special creatures from the people that know them best, our expert keepers.

Essential information:

• This voucher includes 1 participating child (aged 6 – 11) and 1 participating adult. The child participant must be accompanied by 1 participating adult. This voucher covers the cost of both 1 child and 1 adult participant.
• Vouchers will have a 1 year expiry date. They must be booked within 3 months of purchasing the voucher.
• Max 4 people per experience (please note this voucher is for 1 participating child aged 6 – 11 and 1 participating adult).
• We run the Giraffe Magic Moment every day, apart from a Tuesday and Friday, dependant on availability. Please contact us at edz-keeperexperiences@rzss.org.uk to enquire about availability and to book a date.
• This is a 30 minute experience.
• Entry to Edinburgh Zoo is included within the price of the Keeper Experience for both participating child and participating adult.
  
• Experiences are strictly non-refundable.
• All orders are sent as an E-Voucher – this reduces our paper use and contributes to the conservation of our environment. We aim to send out all e-vouchers within 2 working days.

Restrictions:

• This experience package is available for children aged 6 - 11 years only and includes their participating accompanying adult.
• Please see our other Giraffe Magic Moment package for ages 12+
• The child participant must be accompanied by 1 participating adult. This voucher covers the cost of both 1 child and 1 adult participant.

Regrettably, our Keeper Experiences are not suitable for certain guests including those with any relevant phobias or known allergies; pregnant women; and immunocompromised individuals. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this may not always be possible.
