Meet the most famous residents of Edinburgh Zoo with our exclusive Penguin Magic Moment. Enjoy the opportunity to get up close as you feed our Gentoo penguins their favourite fish, as well as discovering how we identify each individual and learning about these unique birds.

Please note, if you are looking for a specific date for your experience, contact us before purchasing any vouchers. We require at least seven days' notice for any bookings.

Essential information:
- Keeper Experience vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
- Vouchers have a one year expiry date unless stated otherwise.
- Max two people per experience (please note one voucher is required per person).
- We run the Penguin Magic Moment every day at 2pm, depending on availability.
- This experience lasts around thirty minutes.
- Price is per person and includes the participant's admission to Edinburgh Zoo.

Restrictions:
- This experience is available for participants aged 12 years and over only.
- Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an observing adult who will be required to pay adult admission cost.
- Please note, the accompanying adult may be required to go behind the scenes during the experience with the participant and it is therefore not suitable for the accompanying adult to be supervising another non-participating child.
- Please note - due to ongoing Avian Flu precautions additional safety measures are in place and this experience is not suitable for those who keep domestic birds outside at home.
Regrettably, our Keeper Experiences are not suitable for certain guests including those with any relevant phobias or known allergies, pregnant women and immunocompromised individuals. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this may not always be possible. Click & Collect - Free - Please allow 4 hours for order
preparation (excluding adoptions which require 3 working days). Collections can
be made between 11-4pm every day from Edinburgh Zoo Gift Shop. We will hold
your order for 14 days (excluding adoptions).
Items ordered will usually be delivered by Royal Mail and
RZSS cannot be held liable for any delivery delays following dispatch. In the
event of delayed delivery, please wait for a period of at least 14 days from
the date of dispatch of your order before contacting us.
All prices listed include UK VAT (where applicable) but
exclude delivery charges, which will be shown separately at checkout.
**Please note international customers may have to pay
import VAT and a handling charge before the delivery company will deliver your
goods or at the point when you collect your purchases.**
