Hang out with our Linne’s two-toed sloths in this special magic moment! Learn all about our sloths from our expert keepers, and go behind the scenes, feed them some tasty snacks and explore the area they eat, sleep and hang out in.

Please note, if you are looking for a specific date for your experience, contact us before purchasing any vouchers. We require at least seven days' notice for any bookings.

Essential information:

• Vouchers have a one year expiry date. We advise enquiring about specific dates as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
• Max two people per experience (please note one voucher is required per person).
• We run the Sloth Magic Moment everyday pending availability. 
• This experience lasts around thirty minutes.
• Price is per person and includes their admission to Edinburgh Zoo.
  
• Keeper Experience vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
• All orders are issued as e-vouchers, aligning with our commitment to reduce paper usage and aid environmental conservation. Vouchers will be available to download immediately after purchase.
  Your e-voucher includes instructions on how to book your Keeper Experience. 
  

Restrictions:

• This experience is available for participants aged 8 years and over only.
• Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an observing adult who will be required to pay adult admission cost.
• Please note the accompanying adult may be required to go behind the scenes during the experience with the participant and it is therefore not suitable for the accompanying adult to be supervising another non-participating child.

Regrettably, our Keeper Experiences are not suitable for certain guests including those with any relevant phobias or known allergies, pregnant women and immunocompromised individuals. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this may not always be possible.
