Polar Bear Magic Moment (ages 16+)

During this incredible half hour experience, you will get to learn all about our polar bears from our expert keepers while feeding them some of their favourite treats! 

Essential information:

• Vouchers have a one year expiry from date of purchase unless stated otherwise. To avoid disappointment, we recommend enquiring about specific dates as soon as possible.
• Keeper Experience vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
• Our Polar Bear Magic Moment takes place at 11:15am and lasts about 30 minutes.
• Maximum two participants per experience (please note one voucher is required per person).
• Price is per person. Entry to Highland Wildlife Park for the participant is included within the price of the Keeper Experience.
• We run our Magic Moments on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays only.
• All orders are sent as e-vouchers – this reduces our paper use and contributes to the conservation of our environment.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive your unique voucher code via email. This is not automatic, as there are a few things we need to do before this is sent out to you. Please expect to receive this within two to three working days.

On the day of your Magic Moment you will also receive a 10% discount in our gift shop (excludes books, some local artist work, Fairtrade items, previously discounted or multi-buy offers and special events).

• This experience is available for participants aged 16 years and over only.

Regrettably, our Keeper Experiences are not suitable for certain guests including those with any relevant phobias or known allergies, pregnant people and immunocompromised individuals. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this may not always be possible.
