Our Gift E-Vouchers can be used towards anything from entry to Edinburgh Zoo or Highland Wildlife park, toys and gifts in our gift shops, or to buy lunch in one of our cafes and restaurants around the Zoo or Park.
Vouchers come in denominations of £10, £25 or £50. They can be used at Edinburgh Zoo or Highland Wildlife Park.
Terms and Conditions:
- Gift voucher is subject to standard terms and conditions of Edinburgh Zoo or Highland Wildlife Park as applicable.
- Gift vouchers will have an expiry date 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- E-Voucher must be presented on arrival (digital or printed copy).
- No change will be given.

Click & Collect - Free - Please allow 4 hours for order
preparation (excluding adoptions which require 3 working days). Collections can
be made between 11-4pm every day from Edinburgh Zoo Gift Shop. We will hold
your order for 14 days (excluding adoptions).
Items ordered will usually be delivered by Royal Mail and
RZSS cannot be held liable for any delivery delays following dispatch. In the
event of delayed delivery, please wait for a period of at least 14 days from
the date of dispatch of your order before contacting us.
All prices listed include UK VAT (where applicable) but
exclude delivery charges, which will be shown separately at checkout.
**Please note international customers may have to pay
import VAT and a handling charge before the delivery company will deliver your
goods or at the point when you collect your purchases.**
**Please note, deliveries to the United States of
America may be subject to cancellation if tariff conditions are not met.**
