Amur Tiger Magic Moment (ages 16+)

Please note, the last date to purchase a voucher guaranteed for Christmas is midnight Monday 23 December. Once purchased, we process and email over our vouchers manually. 

Our Keeper Experience office is closed for the festive season Wednesday 25 December - Sunday 5 January 2025. During this time, purchases can be made but vouchers will not be sent out until Monday 6 January at the earliest. 

Join our keepers for an incredible Magic Moment with our carnivorous residents, the Amur tigers! During this fun packed thirty minutes, you will have the opportunity to learn about these creatures from our amazing keepers, while feeding them some tasty snacks. 

Essential information:

• Vouchers have a one year expiry from date of purchase unless stated otherwise. To avoid disappointment, we recommend enquiring about specific dates as soon as possible.
• Keeper Experience vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
• Our Amur Tiger Magic Moment takes place at 2:15pm and lasts about 30 minutes.
• Maximum two participants per experience (please note one voucher is required per person).
• Price is per person. Entry to Highland Wildlife Park for the participant is included within the price of the Keeper Experience.
• We run our Magic Moments on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays only.
• All orders are sent as e-vouchers – this reduces our paper use and contributes to the conservation of our environment.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive your unique voucher code via email. This is not automatic, as there are a few things we need to do before this is sent out to you. Please expect to receive this within two to three working days.

On the day of your Magic Moment you will also receive a 10% discount in our gift shop (excludes books, some local artist work, Fairtrade items, previously discounted or multi-buy offers and special events).

Restrictions:

• This experience is available for participants aged 16 years and over only.

Regrettably, our Keeper Experiences are not suitable for certain guests including those with any relevant phobias or known allergies, pregnant people and immunocompromised individuals. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this may not always be possible.
